What a great find. I love this shoulder warmer. It fits so nice around my neck and shoulder area and the fabric is comfy and flexible. I would highly recommend this product. Love all the settings so I can have exactly what heat I want.

My husband ordered it for me to help with the achy shoulders I've been having since the birth of our colicky son. Constantly holding and or nursing him definitely caught up to me and tension headaches have become a daily occurrence. The heating pad has been a wonderful "bandaid" until he is able to come rub them for me (I'm a lucky lady!). Definitely has a plasticity scent since coming out of the box a few weeks ago that hasn't completely subsided. My only complaint is that I wish it has the option to get a little hotter but all around does well for what it is.

I got this because I have NTOS and it helps soo much! The neck part sits comfortably around my neck, the shoulder parts are long and wide where they cover a good portion of my shoulders. The back for the trap areas are great.It gets all the areas I hurt. It's easy to use, comfy and the heat setting is easy to use. I enjoy that it has an adjustable time limit.Really recommend!

The heating pad came quickly and is very comfortable - provides lovely heat right where it is needed. Would recommend for anyone with sore shoulders or neck.

I bought this for a friend for Christmas who Had been complaining about Tension in her neck. Obviously, I’m not submitting this review from a medical standpoint, but she says that she uses it every night and it has helped with her tension. She said is super easy to use and she likes that she could change the heat settings and also put it on a timer. Really light weight. She spoke so highly of it. I’m considering buying myself one just for relaxation.

This is actually a great product. I use it pretty much every day. It provides great relief for my chronically aching back muscles, so I really love it. Giving it only 3 stars because it has one somewhat disappointing issue, in that the "velcro" wrap closure does not retain its grip very strongly, and can sometimes let go if I bend at the waist and put too much strain on it. Not really a show-stopper. I sometimes will put a belt around to help retain it, which solves the "issue".
