I love these milk thistle gummies! Not only are they delicious with a natural blueberry flavor, they are also sugar free. Milk thistle is great for cleansing your liver of all the things we eat (or medications we take) that end up being toxic to us so this is a great way to help your liver do it's job better. Best of all these gummies are vegan and made in the USA without any artificial colors or flavors. While gummies are often looked down on by many as simply candy disguised, I believe these are actually good for you and every bit as healthy as a capsule would be. My acupuncturist recommended milk thistle for liver support so I’ve been trying different brands. I have no idea if it’s helping, but these gummies taste ok, not great though. It contains Malitol as a sugar substitute - I’m generally leery of ‘fake” sugars, so I won’t be using these unless I run out of my milk thistle drops.

Most you would have to take several pills/capsules. These gummies are shaped like berries and the taste is very berry and amazing! No funny texture or aftertaste at all.
