The media could not be loaded. I was very happy the first day with this product but now it won’t blend the ice cubes in my smoothies so apparently it can only blend fruit which isn’t helpful for a smoothie. And the bottle briefly fell and broke the top. This is made of plastic! How does a plastic bottle break that easily.

The unit is heavy, works well and well made.The plastic container is thick and feels like an old world milk bottle. It will fill a tall glass when poured out.The unit works good and will chop up a whole apple if cut up and put into it. Doesn't bog down.The charger cable is good but unorthedox so if it breaks I'm not sure what to do.The base is heavy indicating a good battery. I does several blendings before it needs charging.We took it on a 3800 mile camping trip and it was flawless.Glad we got it.

Maybe I was the unlucky one, it won’t turn on if I have something in. Empty works fine.I am using it just as a cup.

The first on I order did not work, they sent me another pretty fast! And I love this blender… let’s see how long it last now!

Had this on my radar for a while since my coworker had been using the blend jet at work and I like to feel confident about what I’m spending my money on so I did some research. This was what I had decided on and since I was getting my wisdom teeth out and would be on a liquid diet for a few days I decided to finally bite the bullet on this blender. I’ve had it and used it pretty regularly for over a month now and still happy. Love the two different size access points for adding chunks of ice and fruit and ease of cleaning. It needs 2 runs for crushing ice for margs on the beach but if you don’t mind some curious/maybe slightly annoyed beach goers’ looks then you’ll be the most popular one of your friend group when you offer them a freshly blended margarita when there’s no outlets around. Love the look, and the silicon hook for carrying since I’m a girl and years of evolutionary adaption due to lack of pockets in most clothes has resulted in me carrying most of my things in a single hand. Kind of wish I had forked up the extra cash for the option of having a blade cover case but couldn’t stomach the price for that being the only difference. I laughed at the burlap bag it also comes with. But that blade cover…I hardly remove the blender and use with the travel bottom accessory anyway. I’m either pouring my product into a glass or I’m just drinking it in its blender state. You can always just toss the blade part into a small Tupperware if you want to go more mobile and not lug around and entire blender attachment while you drink out of it. Now go forth and blend!

My last travel blender cracked so bought this as replacement.It's much easier to use as it has a lot of power for such a small and compact blender. I like the shape of the bottle making it easy to carry and grab. High quality materials and charge lasts for over a week so far (using once a day). The charging cable is NOT a USB, instead it's a custom port so if you lose it I guess it's difficult to replace.Love this product and will be taking it on my travels!

We purchased this based on the specs and advertising... it looked good. While we found it somewhat difficult to attach the motor fully, we got used to it and were enjoying daily shakes for breakfast. While processing a shake yesterday with yoghurt, milk and 3-4 frozen strawberries, the motor slowed down and stopped. An error message "EE" showed up, the unit would not take a charge and will no longer operate. The literature did not show what error "EE" means and we have no way to contact the manufacturer to exercise the 1 year warranty. Hopefully this review will result in a contact from the manufacturer regarding this problem.
