Not much to this item. To clear wax out of ear canal.

I bought this hoping it would be more effective than Q-tips for ear cleaning and earwax removal. However it turned out to be completely useless. It does not go into the ear canal far enough to get even the slightest amount of wax out. I understand you want to avoid the danger of perforating your eardrum, but unless you have incredibly tiny/shallow ears that won't be an issue. The tip barely goes in your ear before the handle is there, and it isn't even thick enough to reach across your earhole and pick up any wax when you rotate it.In addition, the product advertised that the tips were washable and reusable. However when opening the package, there is a paper insert that specifically says to NOT wash or reuse the tips. The instructions also advise not to reinsert a tip or use the same tip in both ears. The package comes with several - at least 10 - but once you're out you will need to purchase more (if they were actually the least bit effective, which they aren't). The tips are also annoyingly difficult to remove from the handle. You're supposed to squeeze the sides of the handle and they pop off, but squeezing the handle in the appropriate spots does nothing that I can tell. You basically have to tug the tip until it pops off.I first saw this product in an ad online, and the ad made it look like it would work wonders at removing that tricky to get earwax that Q-tips just aren't effective with. Unfortunately this product ended up being completely useless and riddled with false advertising along every step of the way. DO NOT BUY.

The instructions mention a protective case. The handle and tips arrived in a Ziploc bag that was open and no case! The product is not the best quality but is safer than Q-tips. Overall I would not recommend spending time or money on this product.

This product will push the earwax deeper into your ear canal even when carefully used as directed. It took days of Debrox treatments for my ear to recover fully. Also, poor molding of the plastic causes sharp edges that can scratch your ear.

I used this product twice to give it a fair chance. It didn't pull any wax from my ear, but I used a q -tip after and there was a ton of wax. (I know q-tips aren't supposed to go in the ear🤷🏻‍♀️) this product is a waste of money
