I'm really liking these capsules! I can adjust my intake easily throughout the day by popping a few here and there. They go down easily, and don't have any weird taste like there is with putting oil in coffee, salad dressing, or whatever. I really feel these have made a difference in terms of my energy levels and helping to prevent the worst of the "keto flu." I tried doing Keto once before, but I had issues with the amount of energy I had even after the initial few weeks. As a teacher, not having enough energy is a huge problem, so I didn't keep going. No funky aftertaste. No taste at all. I started taking one per day, then went to two per day after about a week. I’m increasing the amount slowly to avoid bathroom issues at work. Next week I’ll probably go to three per day. Immediately after starting on these capsules, I noticed an extreme increase in my energy level, and I can tell that my mental acuity is better also. My appetite has also increased, unfortunately. I plan to go back on my Keto diet starting tomorrow to keep my weight in check and to drop the two pounds that I have regained since going off Keto 3 months ago. I had my doubts when I received these softgels. To my amazement, they work!! I had stopped taking mct about 3 months ago and I noticed that my appetite had increased and that I gained weight. I figured that it was because I stopped taking mct oil. I jumped on Amazon and wanted to try the softgels because it is to hard to bring the whole bottle of liquid mct to work. The softgels are much more convenient to take. These worked as far as giving me energy, diminishing my appetite, and providing mental clarity. Start off taking 2 and increase it gradually. Unlike other mct oil, these don't cause stomache upset or nausea. If your trying to loose weight, give these a shot. Also, excellent customer service

I use these everyday with the IGNITE Keto Powder. I use the IGNITE KETO 30-60min prior to my workouts once a day and take these MCT capsules about 3 times throughout the day. I'm very big fan of this company and have am likely going to stay a regular for there KETO products. I do a lot of intermittent fasting on my KETO routine so personally I like to use the MCT oils on the fasting portions to keep the ketosis going and provide me so mental energy.
