Lightweight and easy to use
The black end pieces have come off in the pool. Able to easily put back on. While is annoying I haven’t returned them yet.

Great for arm exercise
Love these weights. I first they were very difficult to hold under water. After using for just 2 weeks, I can tell the difference in my strength. Don't hesitate to select this product.
