Gauge broke after connecting it
Update as of 4/6/2024.I received a message from the company after my initial post. They sent me a new regulator and I received it within three days of my post. The regulator is working correctly and I am happy with the customer service.Initial postI connected the gauge a few weeks ago and set the gauge to 30 psi to go into the keg. I let the water sit for over30 hrs and no carbonation. I let it sit longer thinking it might take longer. Well, still no carbonation. I took the co2 tank and regulator to my local home brew store and they looked at it and said the gauge is broken. So now I looked at returning it through Amazon and I can’t because the return window is closed. I am now looking to get a replacement gauge for my regulator.

Item as described
Works as it should. Fixed my foam problem from a faulty regulator. Had delivery issue on first order but replacement was quick.

Can't beat the price
One of the things I like most about this regulator is that it is easy to use. The pressure gauge is easy to read, and the adjustment knob is easy to turn. I also appreciate the fact that the regulator has a dual gauge, which allows me to monitor both the tank pressure and the working pressure. This is a great feature, as it allows me to ensure that the regulator is set to the correct pressure for the type of beer I am brewing.

Does not keep steady pressure
Not sure if I got a defective one but the pressure was not stable and it changed from day to day fro 7psi to 12 psi. Returned it.

Leaks
I have tried two of these now they both leak at the pressure release valve. When I tried replacing the release valve with a shutoff valve the gage needle is way passed the numbers to see where you’re adjusting the pressure levels.
