The media could not be loaded. This mount is AWESOME! The edges are flat lipped for flat surface clamping. The center portion of the clamp is curved for clamping to tubular structures. The tightening knob is very comfortable & when you set it, this clamp is NOT MOVING! I’ve installed an arca swiss, onto SmallRig flex arm for easy/quick installation for my osmo action, sony mirrorless as well as my cell phone. This clamp is made of all metal and is built like a tank. NEEWER Super Clamp with Cold Shoe & 1/4 Inch 3/8 Inch Holes seemed to be good quality, but when I went to attach the camera shoe, I discovered the 1/4 inch tapped hole was a blind hole and quite short, since the metal in that spot wasn't very thick. I had to use several washers to take up the space, which left me with not as much direct area of contact with the clamp as I would have liked. After fumbling with it a bit, I think (as a product designer) that I would have laid it out a bit differently, but at the same time, I'm not trying to consider all the other ways people use it. So it'll work better than my previous clamp, but it could be improved.

Superb clamp

I ended up just buying a second one of these. I have the first one set up on the fairing of my motorcycle to use as a mount for my Insta360. I run it as sort of a dash cam and my other mount was very loose. This clamps down good and going over bumps at speed it holds in place. I did by some 1/4 x20 allen head screws to go in this. I threw some loctite in it so the bolt won't come out and it's held up great!.

Very sturdy for a clamp of this size. Well made, I appreciate the rubber inside the jaws to protect the surface of what you are clamping them too.
