Not horrible to put together. Set up was easy however the timer on the app will not work. I can manually open/close curtains from the app but it won’t do it automatically. Reached out to support emails with no responses.

The actual product is OK. A little overpriced for the quality, but hey, it works. The app is terrible. It's in broken English and asks for EVERY TYPE of permission on your phone, yes your saved images, your camera, your microphone to use an app to OPEN A CURTAIN. If you don't accept it won't let you use the app. Additionally there is little instructions on how to connect with amaon. I figured out it's via the App's Amazon Skill. This however does not work as shown in the screenshot. Buy a more reputable brand.

The one sheet of paper they give for instructions have typos everywhere and are impossible to understand. They leave out vital pieces of information regarding how to put together the equipment. Unless you like to solve jigsaw puzzles, I wouldn’t recommend buying this and instead buying a product with better reviews and more clear directions. After two hours of trying to figure it out and completely starting over twice, I THINK I’ve gotten it to work. However, it only works occasionally. I’m hoping after it gets some charge through the solar panel it will consistently work. This was so frustrating to put together and I only have it up now because of a very patient friend who was willing to help me.

I loved this opener when I got it installed. Then in October 12th the linklemo app stopped linking to alexa and the linking website never came back. The app still worked but the customer service from the manufacturer was non existent when I asked to get alexa linking working. This was not a sign to me. If the linklemo app no longer works with alexa how long before it no longer works at all. I am returning this product.

The set up instructions are difficult to follow. The application asks for a lot of permission. The timing function did not work at all, which was the whole reason I wanted a curtain opener. Remote works fine. You would be better off getting a better brand.

The app no longer works and the company is no longer existent. Cant link to app. Cant link to alexa and the remote stopped working after one day. DO NOT BUY
