The best travel water flosser
A was a bit leery ordering this. But after buying water pik after water pik, and having them blow out when traveling internationally, I found this rechargeable cordless water flosser to be perfect.Easy to use, takes up very little sink space and doesn’t need to be plugged in, this is very convenient and reliable.Definitely a winner for anyone that travels.

Unable to Use
I’ve used for only one month and already it’s unusable. The problem is the flossing tips no longer will lock into the handle.

Very powerful battery lasts a long time.
For the price this device cannot be beat. I enjoyed not having to plug it. In all the time. The water jet is very powerful and the device is not that loud. I'm so glad I found it. Save your money from all those expensive water pics. This is the one to get!

Works OK now that I fixed it.
The clear plastic tips were always popping out from day 1. The water pulse pressure just pushes the tip out of the handle. I disassembled and found the small plastic clip that holds the tips in the handle is poorly designed -- simply too weak and small to hold the tip in place against water pressure, also the release button is easily triggered by accident. I fixed by running a tiny screw into the handle, on the opposite side of the release button, see photo. Works great now. H2ofloss please take note and update your product!Update Sept 2023 - H20floss customer support contacted me right away to apologize for the inconvenience and offer me a refund or replacement. The customer service person, Doris, was very nice and I believe this company truly wants customer satisfaction, so I upped my rating to 4 stars. It may be that mine was a lone defect. That said, the replacement flosser has the same issue with the tip being pushed out by water pressure. Note that with no water pressure (not running), I could not pull the tip out no matter how hard I pulled, its held very firmly in place -- but with the water pulse running the tip falls out too easily. I fixed this one as well by simply putting a tiny screw in the handle, I'm happy with it.

This product could be improve.
I am very disappointed with this product. The tip will come off as soon as pressure from the water comes out.The tip could be more secure and can be removed with more effort. The edge or ring that holds the tip is too wide, therefore with just a little pressure it will release. it. Portability is a good idea. Unfortunately, I bought 2 more for my niece and sister for Christmas, let's see their review.

Works good
The only thing is I think my filter or whatever is in the middle doesn’t always go up like it’s supposed to so I’ll have to use my fingers to pull it up while flossing so I can get the pressure back up. Other than that it’s perfect and works really well and helps clean between my braces

Cheaply made
Don't even try this. You have to fight to get it to work and half the time its a losing battle. The other half it has such a nasty plastic taste that you can't get rid of.
