Works great on corners
I use this to connect my Armacost lighting on some corners and it works great. Easy to pop open the connecters and secure strip in them. The trick with these though is the lengths have to be near perfect as the connector is a set size.

Used to connect wires
Work well with Armacost LED strip lightsI cut the wire in half to use to connect to wire run from drivers.

Easy, easy easy
These made tapping into the main 12V line for my LED run extraordinarily easy and I highly recommend picking these up.

Works in either orientation if you remove the glue first
The contact clips only have terminals on one side. The LED tape generally has contacts on both top and bottom but the ones on the bottom are covered in glue. If you don't scrape off the glue, these clips will only make contact one way and will not work if "upside down".

GARBAGE!!
I can't say enough about how much I hate Armacost lighting connectors. If I could have given them a negative star rating I would. I love their lights but not their connectors. I cut the tape lights at the copper, not down the middle but left it long to provide it maximum contact area. I then peeled back the backing a bit and scraped the glue from the tape off of the connector portion. Inserted lighting tape fully, click connector closed......nothing happens. They are extremely Finicky, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I have the lights installed under my cabinets, under my toe kicks and above some of my cabinets for back lighting. 3 of the 10 sections intermittently work. I have had to take two of them apart to get them running again. SOOO frustrating. The other one so far had only needed me to jiggle the wire. Not sure if any of the other more expensive brands are better because i haven't used them, but these are junk save yourself some frustration and buy something else. f you can get away with not needing the connectors you'll be better off. The lights themselves come with hardwired leads on both ends so you would not need connectors if you aren't doing multiple runs per roll. Good luck!

Make your life easier when install Armacost LED strip lights
I ordered everything I thought I would need to install the Armacost LED strip lights, including a nice soldering iron. THEN later I tripped over these connectors ... Holy Moly!! They are the cat's meow!!I only used the soldering iron for splicing a couple wires together. But for connecting the wires to the LED strips YOU want these connectors, seriously you want to buy them. If the wires are a tish snug to slide in, wet the plastic insulation on the wire they will slide right into the connector.

Not durable!
These technically work, but if you twist or pull on them during installation the connections will come loose. I had the teeth fail on both the ribbon side and wire side (making bad contact depending on the gauge of wire or thickness of insulation). Again, they do work, but for a practical installation where you have tight spaces and can't lay things out perfectly in a secure protected area, these will not hold up. I had to resort to soldering the wires in order to have reliable connection... not worth spending money on these and a waste of time.

They don’t have a way of connecting the two strips
They just didn’t work for me. They two couldn’t connect together to complete the circuit in the led strip
