Purchased four bottles and all came in at less than 600mg a capsule and more like a standard 500mg. Returned three for a refund and seller refunded on all four which after using seems to be just as good as any other brand.

I've heard of these two ingredients before and wanted to take them as I know they're a really great supplement. It's worth doing your research on them and checking out what they can do.Pros:• Easy to swallow capsules (about a pound coin length)• No smell or obvious taste• 2 month's supply at full dosage so not bad value• Trustworthy UK based brandCons:• None so farI like the brand behind this product as they seem to know their stuff and are well-known. I like their simplistic design too and how much information they give you on the product.So far I think I'm getting some benefits from these after a month of use. I'd leave it three months usually to see how I get on with something.For the price though they're good value. I'd recommend them especially as it's two good supplements in one and are good quality. Great product.
