I love this prenatal for a few good reasons.1) tablet-form makes it easy to swallow2) they’re not huge horse pills like many other prenatals3) I’ve had no side effects whatsoever. No weird breath or aftertaste4) With unmethylated B vitamins I get really bad acne. My skin is actually better now, ignoring typical pregnancy skin concerns. My nails are also growing very nice and strong.5) clean good quality ingredients. The sources of the vitamins are the best quality and most absorbable forms6) allergen free, no unnecessary stuff like dyes or anything like that7) good ratios, not overdoses of certain vitamins like b12. It’s definitely quality over quantityI’m glad I bought the big pack cause I’ll have enough for my entire pregnancy and after. It’s a better price that way anyway if you’re looking to buy.

I bought this when I found out I was pregnant. I try to avoid Synthethic folic acid, so I was glad to find one that had Folate at a great price. It does make me sick and it doesn't leave an aftertaste or smell bad which is a huge plus for pregnant women. Highly recommend if you have the MTHFR gene!!

I love this vitamin for prenatal. It is easy to take, no smell and no after product smell or burping.It has very little iron but if you eat a rainbow of quality foods you don’t need to worry unless your doctor supplies iron pills separately due to your blood work. Amazing product!! Please don’t change ingredients unless health can benefit greatly.The bottle is also small and easy to travel with.Again no side effectsTaste is greatI have lasting energy into the afternoon.Thank you for reading!

Easy to take, no bad odor and with subscription you won't miss a day!

Bioavailable vitamins. I did not experience any bad reactions from it and it was tolerated well by my body. I had placenta previa around my 9 week scan, I was praying and did my best nutritionally for it to be normal, thank God during my 25 week scan my placenta became NORMAL. I did a lot of research before buying a prenatal supplement, I settled for this one due to its high quality and affordable price, I don't regret and will buy again.

Didn’t increase any energy level, didn’t notice any health improvement. At least, it don’ doesn’t hurt my stomach. The pill is big and you need to take 2 daily.If you can make healthy meals, just do it and you won’t need to take any supplement.

This made me terribly sick every time I took it.
