The product quality is pretty good and I did not experience any side effects. I am a gym rat and I think I have been using creatine for almost 20 years. I always put 5gr creatine inside of my pre-workout mix and the same idea for my post-workout drink. The problem is sometimes I forget to prepare post-workout drinks and sometimes I am just lazy. Blue Star Creatine capsules solve this problem because it is super easy to take just 6 capsules and move on. Yes, I said 6 and you will think why 6? not 4?The serving size on the bottle is 4 capsules but 4 capsules have 3 gr of Creatine and that is not enough. The right dosage makes this product's price per serving extremely high. You need to get at least 5gr of Creatine and that is why the right dosage is 6 capsules. Well, even with a 4 capsule price per serving is very pricey so you can do the math. I like the capsule form better than the powder but you will get less than a month's supply for $49.99.
