Exceptionally convenient but at a cost
Solid creatine supplement in cap form. Easy enough to take without issues, taste or any of that. If cost is the goal post this presents some challenges. It truly comes down to a cost vs convenience decision. I worked these in to my travel regiment as easier to take than powders will on the move. Perfect solution and worth the price. Judge your application and make the call...

Very good product but pricey!
Blue Star Nutraceuticals CREA-TECH - Double Buffered Creatine Monohydrate is an easy way to get your creatine after or before the workout. The product quality is pretty good and I did not experience any side effects. I am a gym rat and I think I have been using creatine for almost 20 years. I always put 5gr creatine inside of my pre-workout mix and the same idea for my post-workout drink. The problem is sometimes I forget to prepare post-workout drinks and sometimes I am just lazy. Blue Star Creatine capsules solve this problem because it is super easy to take just 6 capsules and move on. Yes, I said 6 and you will think why 6? not 4?The serving size on the bottle is 4 capsules but 4 capsules have 3 gr of Creatine and that is not enough. The right dosage makes this product's price per serving extremely high. You need to get at least 5gr of Creatine and that is why the right dosage is 6 capsules. Well, even with a 4 capsule price per serving is very pricey so you can do the math. I like the capsule form better than the powder but you will get less than a month's supply for $49.99.

Convenient but pricey
If the convivence of consuming creatine in pill form is important to you, these will do the trick. I personally have only ever taken Creatine is powder form, typically mixed in with a pre workout or in my protein shakes after a workout.I know there is some extra scientific stuff behind these which probably contributes to the higher cost, but I don't know if most hobbyist weight lifters like myself could afford 50 dollars a month on something like this. The container I purchase is 200 servings of powder for around 40 dollars.I mostly got these because I wanted to see if I could tell any difference after a 30 day regimen of taking only these and to see if there is anything it will do to help my gains/performance. As a 43 year old male I need all the help I can get.If you have the extra money and need the extra and better ingredients these offer then it is a no brainer purchase. I will decide by the end of my trial run to see if it is worth it to me and would suggest you all do that as well.

Look ma, no shakes
These creatine capsules have really made a difference in my workouts. I love how easy they are to use – just pop four at once, and I'm ready to hit the gym with extra energy. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance levels. Workouts feel more intense, and I can push myself further. Plus, I've noticed a decrease in my recovery time between sessions. Staying hydrated is key, and it's a good idea to consult with a fitness expert. But these capsules have definitely boosted my fitness routine. If you're looking to enhance your workouts without the hassle of powders, these creatine capsules are a convenient and effective option. They've become a regular part of my gym routine!
