Large tank capacity!
Great for traveling. It has a large tank and plenty of power. I'm using it twice a day, every day and needs charging only once a week. It has a removable tank and convenient loading and emptying gate. After each use I empty the tank and then I run it dry for 3 or 4 seconds. Great price too!

Worth the price
My dental hygienist strongly suggested that I start using a powered toothbrush and a water flosser. I purchased this after a month of switching to a powered toothbrush. Right away, my mouth felt a little cleaner after using this tool but I didn't notice a huge difference. At my last dental cleaning (3 months from purchase), my gums were significantly healthier with minimal bleeding. Best results are to add this to your routine and to not substitute it with regular flossing.I chose this brand because of the size. I have been pleased with the water capacity and battery life. It is easy to hold and does not take up too much counter space. It is easy to clean and to refill. I personally have an issue with accidentally turning it on when not in use, which sends water EVERYWHERE. But this has been getting better over time.Overall, I highly recommend using a water flosser and buying this brand.

Mine is perfect!
4 stars out of respect for negative reviews. disregard old reviews, because this flosser changed significantly after it was released. the product description reflects recent refinements, and i looked at other websites before buying mine. on the other hand, recent reviews suggest that quality control is an issue.i like everything about mine, so maybe the Grey ones are better? i waited six months before writing this review, because this is my first water flosser. though i have bruised myself using the Normal setting, this happens only when i'm careless and the flosser is fully charged. the Soft setting seemed useless until my periodontist left stitches in my mouth for two weeks. conventional flossing near that area is still prohibited, and my periodontist recommended rubber tipping. Soft water flossing seems safer to me.normally, i use the Pulse setting to ensure that i'm holding the flosser correctly before switching to Normal, so i use all the settings. the battery charges quickly and its capacity is more than adequate. the flosser looks fine in a bathroom where nothing else is Grey.another water flosser has a standard USB jack. i thought that feature would simplify my cable collection, but now i think a USB jack would be much harder to waterproof. if i lose the rubber plug that seals the power jack, my flosser came with a spare.it's perfect!

Small effective water flosser
Ordered this after my old flosser stopped working after a few years. This particular flosser takes up little counter space, is powerful for its size and seems to hold a charge for about a week. I use it twice a day in addition to regular manual flossing as it flushed out any remaining detritus after brushing. You can use mouthwash or plain warm water. At night I take the water reservoir off and open the spout to let it dry out overnight. The buttons are easy to use and there are different speeds. I love it and would order it again even if it only lasted a year. It seems to be well made and a good value for the price. It also charges in a couple of hours and is small enough to travel with.

Great concept but flawed execution
It is great to be able to water floss without being tethered by hoses or cables. The water jet is strong and effective. This tool does not eliminate the need for conventional flossing, or brushing, but even with those in use, it makes a worthwhile contribution. The convenient size invites packing the unit for travel, but.... The greatest flaw of this unit is the limited battery capacity. While my Philips Sonicare brush easily handles a couple of weeks of travel without bringing the charger, this water flosser needs recharging after only 6 uses (assuming one tankful of water per use). To charge one must remove a tiny rubber plug that protects the connector from moisture. The plug is so tiny that it is hard to grab, and it is surely easy to lose, although I still have mine. A waterproof connector, or better, an inductive wireless connection (like on my toothbrush) would be a no-brainer. To fill water one has to open a small hinged door. With my weak fingernails and fingertips I have to use a tool to do this; the back corner or a haircomb serves well. But a slightly larger "handle" on the door would have made the door easy to open without tool. The overall physical design of the unit is puzzling. One side of the unit's waist that you grip has finger grooves on it, which first led me to place fingers there, and place the opposite side between the thumb and index finger. However, apparently the opposite placement is what the designer intended. Placing the fingers over the side without finger grooves lets you access the pushbuttons with your finger, such as to switch the unit on and off. Besides the on/off button there is a second button that can be used to change the flossing action. Each press of this button cycles between 3 separate settings, as indicated by LED's. Unfortunately, it is easy to hit that button by mistake, and after the setting has been changed, there is no longer any indication of the current setting. I found only the max setting to be useful, and I don't want to waste water and battery power by starting out at a milder setting. To make sure to use only the max setting I found myself cycling between settings before each use, to make sure I landed on the max setting just before use.. Marketing people seem to pride themselves for providing extra user modes to multiply the utiltiy of a product. I wish this water flosser has only the max setting and no second button. I have a similar complaint with my Sonicare toothbrush. Its single button cycles between normal brushing and massage. I have never had any use for the massage mode, and its existence irritates me every time I have to use an extra press with my drooly fingers every time I want to turn the device off.

amazing
Was recommended by my daughter who has had hers for over a year. I use after eating as pockets between my teeth are deep due to bone loss. It really removes particles of food. Does not remove need to string flossing. Getting better at opening it. Favorite is pulse feature. I add mouth wash to water to use. Excellent price.
