Industry Quality Fitted with central leather washer bolpolTM buffing wheels are available in various diameters, widths and materials to suit a range of polishing applications. Stitched Cotton Wheels are made up of sections, each section is approximately 1/2" thick, which are then stitched together to form one firm wheel. The more sections the wheel contains the wider and firmer it will be. Each wheel has a hole in the centre (to take a pig tail) and is surrounded by a leather washer back and front. The firm nature of this wheel makes it a popular choice for 1st and 2nd stage polishing of metal and hard plastics when combined with an appropriate grade buffing compound. The coarser the grade of buffing compound used the greater the cutting action of the wheel will be. Buffing wheels are attached with a Tapered nose or Pigtail, these are not included.
