Just what I needed misplaced the original charger cheap alternative

Dissatisfactory
It doesn't charge the device effectively. The charge light on my Braun MGK3440 ('series 3') unit only flickered vaguely, and after a full night on charge, it was still weak. I resorted to replacing the charger with an original one, from a stockist I identified via Braun's own support website.

Didnt work
Although this cable fitted the rechargeable trimmer, it did not work.

Useful, compact charger
This appears to work perfectly with my S9 shaver. It’s much more portable than the mains charger, let alone the charging case my S9 came with. It means I can go on a trip and take my shaver without worrying about whether it’s charged, then use this if necessary with a phone charger or laptop as power source. Perfect.

Useful compact charger perfect for travelling
Works perfectly with my Braun Series 5 shaver, the shaver plug is a tight fight which I guess is actually a good thing as it will not fall out
