I purchased this supplement for my husband who is a semi truck driver. He needs to get to sleep and stay asleep by 7:30 and wake up at 2:30 in the morning. Magnesium is essential, supplementing is necessary.. this seems to be a good product, I like the added Trace minerals. And the dose is low enough, I can take multiple times a day.
