Purchased these cameras 2 years ago and they are still working great, wanted to update firmware went to their website and the sites chat customer service was able to send me the correct files within minutes. System was easy to install and trouble shoot, great clarity cameras and responsive and helpful customer service after 2 years, def will be buying from them again.

Finally, an inexpesive system, that does not require the internet, or a cell phone app to operate. You can simply power up the system, and everything starts working by itself. You don't even need a hard drive, if you don't want one.I have a camera outdoors. The wireless reaches 50ft, through two walls, with no problem.You can turn off the white lights, and/or the IR lights, and only use the low light feature. The low light visibility is very, very good. At 6AM, or 9PM, in the East Texas summer, when there is just barely any light to see where to walk, the image on the monitor from the camera looks like the light of a cloudy day.I use this to monitor some goats. The pan/tilt has preset positions, so you don't have to manually move around to see things, and it will return to the exact position that you like. If I want to pan to the left, and see if a gate is closed, and can just pan to position #1. When I'm finished, and an pan back to position #2, and it's at my default location, to oversee everything. If the dog is barking, I can pan to position #3, to the right, and then return to #2.I installed my own harddrive, and even used an old 160GB SATA drive, and it worked without any trouble. It will hold up to 6TB, according to the manual.The motion dectection only works about 35 feet away from where the camera is mounted, as stated in the instructions. You can see much farther than that, like several hundred feet, but I guess the software can only detect what is close to the camera.The chainlink fence, and cattle panels create a grid effect, so the motion detection struggles to see through the fencing reliably. Sometimes it detects motion through the fence, and sometimes not.I have not yet used the cell phone app, and the system has not been connected to the internet, so I'm not sure how well that works. It has a little, red warning sign that pops up at the lower, left corner, when there is something the system is trying to tell me. You can set the system to warn in case it identifies certain things, or loses connection. It will say 'human detected', or something. You can see the time of the warning, and review the recording. It's pretty cool.When you search through the recordings, you can select to only see the motion detected events. When you play, it will jump to the next motion event automatically, which is very convenient.

I highly recommend these cameras! Installation was quick and straight forward. The picture quality is amazing. It's clear and shows the tiniest details. The cameras are truly wireless and do not need to be close to the router in order to work. The motion detection is very accurate. You can program the cameras to record based on motion. You can also fine tune the area that picks up motion. I can see activity on my television and on the handy app that comes with the set. There are so many features to the app. I can view recordings, turn on an alarm, and speak through the microphone. The flood lights come on with motion at night. The floodlights are a very helpful deterrent for woodland creatures roaming in the yard or trying to eat food from my garden. The manual is very helpful and covers a wide variety of question and answer scenarios. If you can't find an answer to your question, there is a QR code to scan to reach customer service. The customer service reps respond promptly and are very helpful. I have recommended this product to two other people who are also happy with it. Excellent product!!!!

The Good:1) System installed out of box. No complicated configuration is needed (just make sure you have a spare monitor to connect to the NVR unit)2) Cameras can act as repeaters extending the wifi range quite a bit3) It creates it's own wifi network thus not overloading your router with a live stream4) Image quality is sufficient, not too blurryThe Bad:1) It virtually cannot integrate with any cameras from 3rd party vendors. This feature is mentioned but not widely advertised.2) Night color view works. Maybe too good - It acts a big flashlight. First night I freaked out and disabled the color night vision right away3) No zoom. Hey CKK, what does the Z in PZT stand for?4) Person detection is absolutely random. You'd expect it to be powered by some sort of an AI, like YOLO or similar, but no.The Ugly:1) No RTSP server as advertised. The button albeit non-functional was present in 3.2.0.0 and has been removed from 3.2.4.0.2) Web view is a joke - It relies on an OCX component which is not supported by any modern browser. But even is you open it with IE11 you still have to jump though a few hooks to get it stalled.3) Since it's OCX not HTML 5 or anything similar you cannot integrate it with any home automation system4) The tracking system doesn't return the camera to the original position. I.e. if you're tracking someone from the garden gate to your front door, the camera will stay looking at the from door, and will not detect a person entering the garden gate.5) The manual is a joke, but I guess it's common Chinese designed

Es muy difícil mantener este producto configurado, se desconfigura una y otra vez y no hay forma de mantenerlo activo, además, el manual no viene en español. ya me cansé de estarle dedicando tiempo a esto todos los días, les recomiendo que NO LO COMPREN.
