CIA Specter: The Specter Series Book One Paperback – February 1, 2023

Best book I’ve read in awhile and I read prolifically! The storyline pulls you right in, the characters are well thought out and the book keeps you invested and the action moving. I love the way the author wove in pieces of the characters past and blended them into the storyline. I love that this story has layers, keeps you guessing, and invested in wanting to read the next one! Whoever beta read this did a great job because I didn’t find any errors and I usually notice them all. All I can say is read this book- you’ll be glad you did! One small request of the author…write faster. I want book two like yesterday !!

I had to get over how incredibly inaccurate so much of this book is to enjoy it. Adopted at 10 and immediately trained for covert work, but she's very well adjusted mentally and emotionally? Not likely. Has almost no ptsd after years of covert work? Not likely. And don't even get me started on how bad the actual covert work is and how easily they all let their emotions show during their covert work. However, the romance story is cute and I enjoyed the book far more once the other characters' povs began. I saw the cliffhanger coming a mile away, but I plan on reading the next book to see how their relationships progress.

5/5 loved this book. Extremely well written and filled with a balance of romance and CIA missions. You read through the main character's viewpoint (Collins) with a mix of added chapter viewpoints from the other guys on her team. The ending blew my mind and the characters development kept my attention throughout. Definitely would recommend, can't wait for the next one

This story needs so much more hype. It gave me the same energy as the Mindfck Series (ST Abby) or Guild Series (Tate James).FMC: Collins is 22, bisexual, confident all around badass with grace and poise. She never comes across as tacky or crass in her strength which is something I often find with baddie fmcs in dark/suspense romance.MMC(s): Elijah (35) leader, calm, mature. Beau is the golden retriever with an introverted side. Cam comes off as the playboy with a hidden possessive side. Gael is the techie with PTSD. They’re all lovable but I enjoyed seeing the individual relationships with Collins form.The cliffhanger was expected in some ways because the author set it up perfectly with some great foreshadowing. I enjoyed it even if I’m desperate for more of their story.

I love, love, love this book. I can’t get enough of it. Can’t wait for the next book. The suspense is real. If you like a suspenseful book with action and romance, this series is for you. I highly recommend it. Very well written.

For a debut novel this was well written and the storyline kept me hooked. I can’t wait to see where this story takes us.

I loved this book. It has some awesome characters and a lot I loved .I took a gamble that this would be a female with males harem, however I probably should have realised where she mentioned girls in the past, so it looks like there is going to be a female added to the group, and sadly if that happens I won't continue as FF is not my reading choice. So we will see.Please authors in your blurb put RH or whatever and if there FF in the group. Those of us not wanting to read FF books know not to buy the book and get invested only to have to give up on the series.

The author created a storyline that not only had a strong female main character but also a group of alpha males that were very likeable. There's plenty of action, mystery, and suspense.That cliffhanger was an epic ending. I cannot wait for the next book. Hint, hint...hurry up, author!

Wow, just wow! I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read the next. To think that this is the authors first book. I never would have guessed that. Please tell me the second book is in the process of being written?I recommend this book to anyone who loves badass heroines and open communication between all the characters. I like the more realistic approach to the polyamorous side of the relationship. That not all of them are immediately for „sharing“ the girl they’re interested in. The open communication prevents unnecessary drama which I very much appreciate.Can’t wait for the next one!

I loved this book the characters are relatable and some of the sass had me laughing out loud. Can not wait to see what happens next….

Amazing read. I read this book in one sitting Praying there is not a huge wait for book 2. Elijah has bee my favourite so far.
