Beautiful and worth the effort to install
The media could not be loaded. First, as everyone recommended, throw out the screws that’s came with the unit and buy much longer/serious screws from HomeDepot. The installation process isn’t difficult but takes a good amount of time - so be prepared. With 2 people, we completed the install from start to end within 4.5 hours. You will absolutely need a scaffold to install this - a ladder will not work. Now the chandelier is amazing, and a true gem... can’t believe we got it for so little on amazon. However - be prepared for a significant effort to make it come to life. The instructions are a single page, and pretty simple - you will be attaching crystal bars to the bottom of 94 pairs of strings (188 total). First 30 will be tricky but then you will pickup speed and find the best methods to do this. Recommend one person identifying the string (which are numbered), and other person doing the attaching.

Beautiful but hard to install
Beautiful chandelier! Keep in mind you have to buy lights for it. We had to hire a professional to install it and it took him 8 hours of work to finish and added to the expense. Just be aware of that cost because it has a lot of pieces and it's very complicated to install

We Love our new chandelier
We absolutely love this chandelier. We read the reviews prior and was a little fearful of the assembly, but it was not too bad. We had a local handyman install the base part A, we put up part B, installed the bulbs and added the crystals. It was amazing to see it come to life. It turned out beautiful. Definitely worth the money and the time. I highly recommend this product.

Not worth to buy. No responsibility of the product taken by Mfg.
I have had the most horrible experience ever purchasing this product. The assembly took 4 hours as I had to attach the Crystal's to each string. Then I hired a professional to install who charged me $375 as it was installed at 25 feet high ceiling. Just in few days the fixture started tripping and had sparks coming . I had to call the electrician again and spend money again $100 to check the problem. He saw that the fixture is having the problem. He removed the wire connections as our house would have got on fire due to the tripping. On contacting Amazon they said contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer did not take responsibility of this and just offered refund of the product. Here I spend $320(product cost) + $475 (installation and check) = $795. After product refund my $475 are all wasted. Manufacturer did not even respond later to my email neither called. Now I have to spend money to remove this defected piece. The manufacturer is not going to take any responsibility of the product if found defected and basically you will be wasting all the installation cost like I did. Please do not buy this product.

Worth the effort to install
I ended up with a pulley and locking handle like one of the reviews. It really helped ease the install. Looks fab!

Patience...is a virtue...
Beautiful but extremely complex to install. The screws that come with the light fixture we recommended not to use. The light fixture weights about 40-50 lbs therefore we took it upon ourselves to buy longer screws and some wiring for extra reinforcement. No light bulbs are included so 2 pack (5) will cost about $10 each. Some way some how we lost the instructions so we emailed the company and didn’t get the anything until the following day so that didn’t help the day we needed it. We started from the outside in and just note #1- is the center point bc it’s the longest cord. Bags 2-94 each come with 2 cords each so we just installed each pair on opposite ends. Dealing with the gloves was annoying so good luck with that. We rented a scaffolding from Home Depot. Highly recommended! Overall, project took about 7-8 hrs. Only reason we giving them 3 stars because a lot of the crystals were damaged and it would had been helpful if the base was prelabeled with numbers.

Very difficult to assemble, but beautiful once installed
I read the reviews and I was expecting the install and assembly problems. I had to install mine on a 20' ceiling so I needed scaffolding - This chandelier would be to difficult to installed from a ladder at any height. The hardware it brings to attach to the ceiling is useless. I purchased much better screws at Home Depot. Once I attached the light fixture to the roof and install all the 9 LED lights to the fixture, I began the very tedious task of installing the 187 strands of crystals that hang from the light fixture. Before I began, I used a needle and thread and ran the spiral length to the fixture. That made it a lot easier to establish each of the two spiral loops. One had thread the other didn't. This made the task much easier. I did have several broken crystals - my wife got cut by one while unpacking it - so be careful. They do give you extra crystals. Overall, I do think this is a beautiful light, just wish it was easier to assemble. For the cost it's a great chandelier.
