Its not absolutely terrible and I bought it knowing the battery life was a weak point, but if you have a full family thats using it then the battery won't last very long at all.This is a problem, considering that there's no way to know when the battery is getting low other than just how strong the motor feels when you're using it. Looking at the instructions, it seems like other models have an LED on them, but this one doesnt even have a single one. This both means that its hard to get an exact idea of when the battery needs charging, and also means you wont know when exactly its done charging either (I think maybe some people are experiencing poor battery life because they arent leaving it on for long enough, precisely because of that). You sort of just have to guess at when it might be done or check how strong the motor feels.Dont get me wrong, I like that its simple and I dont think its inherently a bad product - I intend to keep it an use it even with its flaws, just because it does everything I need it to, only really cost the equivalent of a few packets of toothburshes, and having the integrated timer is really useful. However I feel like they made it a little too simple for its own good. Not having even a single LED on there does kind of harm the functionality, given that the battery life isnt exactly stellar to begin with. I'm ok with that on balance since I'm the only one using it here, but it may well be worth it to most people to move slightly further up the like to a slightly higer end brush.I feel like its also worth noting, while we're on the subject, that the brush's charger only has a shaver plug connector, and it doesnt include an adapter for a standard wall socket.
