Due to teeth grinding, the dentist advised a guard to protect the teeth. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars, I searched Amazon to see what was out there. This product had great reviews at an extremely affordable price and I chose it. Honestly wasn't expecting much and thought I would surely mess up the process of fitting the guard to my teeth. The product arrived, very professionally packaged with 4 guards (2 large and 2 small). I have a small mouth and thought I would need the small size but as it turns out, the large fit perfectly. So including both the small and large sizes was ideal. The melding process was so fricking easy. I've been wearing it for about 2 weeks now and I no longer wake up with sore teeth. In fact, I'm not even sure if I grind anymore. I'm glad I picked this product and will order again when I need replacements. Go for it!

The small ones are too short to reach my back molars which is where I grind my teeth, but the bigger size is pretty bulky. I ended up using the bigger size and cutting it around all the sides to make it relatively comfortable to sleep with. It’s doable, just took me a bit of time and trial and error. It helped that if you mess up a little bit, you can put them back in hot water to fix the shape. All in all, for only being $10, coming with a storage case and being designed for anyone to use, I’m not complaining having to spend some time fitting it but do be aware of that because they’re thicker than I felt like they needed to be.

I have issues tightening my jaw at night and TMJ so I thought I would buy this to give it a shot. They were even nice and sent me a personalized card in the mail which was excellent customer service. The product in my opinion is mediocre. First I tried the larger mouthguards and they were too big so I tried the small one and it fit better. I think the material that it's made out of isn't the best of quality as if you wash it in hot enough water it will start to shape it after you have it molded to your teeth because that's how you mold it to your bite. I think it was my mistake for buying denture cleaner instead of just washing it with toothbrush and toothpaste like it suggested. With denture cleaner you have to soak it in warm water and I think that is the problem. When I wore the smaller mouthguard it seemed to feel comfortable enough to sleep without trouble. I just need to go to the dang dentist. I like that it comes with a case and it is very lightweight. I suggest cleaning it the way they say to and it'll probably be fine. The material though seems very thin and easily to bite into and mess up if you put it in warm enough water.

Bought this to replace my generic walmart guard. I read several reviews, looked at the rating ratio and felt pretty good about it. The box had some typos but, honestly, a lot of items do so it didn't bother me any. Shaping it was as easy as any other at-home mouth guard kit. It was comfortable and fit well. However, after less than a week of use, it triggered a reaction along my gums where it was in contact with them. I wish I had taken a picture of it. It could have just been an allergic reaction on my part (i am quite delicate, unfortunately), but it seriously looked like it burned my gums. So I threw it away and I've been terrified to use a mouthguard (ANY mouthguard) ever since.
