Portable exercise
Came with 4 rings, at the minute only use the lower strength ones, but over time you can build up to the brick one!! Easy to take with you and use when you have 5 minutes.

Good product
I liked the fact that there were two different strength exercises in each ring

Good size and effective! 😊
I really like these grip trainer and forearm strengthening rings. They fit well in my hands and are easy to use. The silicone feels nice too. Nice and smooth to hold. I like the quality! ☺️I really like the fact that each ring as two different weights on it depending on how you hold it. This means that you have eight weights in total on just four. 😲The reason why I've dropped one star is that I'd prefer if they had the actual weights written on them. They say 'light' 'standard' etc etc but I'd I'd prefer if it had the weights on them instead like '20lbs' '30lbs' etc. The weights are listed on the Amazon listing but I'd prefer if they were on the rings. 🙃Apart from this, I really like these grip trainer and forearm strengthening rings and I do recommend them. 😃

Colourful grip/forearm strengtheners.
These grip trainers come in four different colours green, blue, orange and black. Each colour corresponds to the pressure required to squeeze them. Green being lowest and black being the highest. What’s clever about them is each ring is a slightly offset in shape so you get two resistance setting’s depending on if you’re squeezing top down or left to right. The pressure amounts are 20-30lbs , 40-50lbs , 60-70lbs and 80-90lbs respectively. They are easy and comfortable to hold and are made of a high quality, strong rubber. I would recommend these for someone rehabilitating or wanting to improve/strengthen their grip and they are a good value for money option for those wanting to exercise whilst on the go.

Helps with my arthritis - but only one ring of each size.
The pack contains silicone rings of differing resistance strengths - you get very light, light, medium and heavy. I have slight arthritis in my middle fingers and wanted these to improve grip and flexibility, I don't therefore see myself every getting past medium. I downloaded the 'Injury and Rehab' book and went through the exercises - I definitely felt a tingling in my hands and wrists afterwards and I was a little more flexible. It is a faff to download the instructions and I had to go through Paypal to get a free book? Older users may give up and never get the full benefit of these. All of the exercises are for two hands but you only get one ring of each size so the routine takes double the time - I would have preferred say a light or heavy pack with two of each size in it.

Clever design, simple to use - let down by instructions
I didn't realise when I ordered these that there are 8 different resistances, squeeze the ring in one direction for one resistance and then turn it 90 degrees for the next level up.There is a good range of resistances ranging from something that feels like a stress toy to one that will make your knuckles pop trying to make it move. They don't take up much space and you can keep them in the bag they were shipped in, although if the manufacturer has supplied a nice material bag that would look better. You could easily pack a couple of them with you wherever you go so you can exercise virtually anywhere. The only let-down is the only documents you get is a card with a QR code on it that when you go to the website the links are all expired (although the manufacturer could easily fix this so they may work for you.)So in summary, not too expensive, simple to use and they feel like they will last well.

Suitable for all ages & strength levels
Being an 81-year old woman with extremely weak hands and fingers, I was worried these rings might be too challenging. Not at all. Both strength levels on the green ring, and to a lesser extent on the blue, are appropriate for me. However, I think that someone young, male and strong would be able to benefit from using the orange and black. For me the black ring might just as well be made of iron! (Resistance rated at 80/90lbs).It is encouraging for me that the green ring's resistance is presented as 20/30lbs. I would not have imagined that my poor feeble hands could squash that much weight. In order to make the effort to exercise, I need inspiration, availability, encouragement and the chance to progress. I feel inspired by the beautiful, bright colours of these rings. It is lucky for me that the green and blue, the two I can use at present, are my favourite colours. I am keeping them right by my desktop computer, sitting in front of which I spend far too much time. They catch my eye and It is so easy to pick one up for a moment when I am reading or pondering rather than typing. Indeed, when they first arrived I was in danger of over-doing it. I detected the beginning of pain, or at least discomfort in my left wrist and had to desist. Happily, this morning all was well again.I have plenty of scope for progression. Will I ever make the leap to the orange ring (60/70lbs)? First I have to master the blue (40/50lbs.Are these value for money? I think so. I can't imagine they will ever wear out or break. Today they cost just under £4.25 per ring, but given that each ring offers two resistance levels, that works out as only £2.12 per option and much less per lb.

Nice set
The media could not be loaded. Four silicone 8cm circles of varying strengths. I have arthritis in my hands but could manage the first 2 strengths. They come with a card you can scan to get free workout plans which covered 'Stress Relief - hints and tips', 'Workout Plan - Sport Specific' and 'Workout Plan - Injury & Rehab'. I did not download any of these because, although they are free, it appears you have to go through the checkout process of purchasing them for £0.00 and this involved giving them all your contact details which was not something I was willing to do. Overall a nice little set. The grandkids like to use them as toys when they come over and should I stop using them I'm sure the dog would also have fun playing with them too as they do look like dog toys.
