There is a definate learning curve to get the most comfoft from this pillow-
I recently used this pillow on a flight back from Rome, Italy to Atlanta ,Ga. which is quite long. Not sure it was as comfortable as I hoped, butit could be I was not positioning it correctly. The comfort of having the scarf feature was a plus.I
