Pole length
Cannot shorten the pole to its packed length.I decided to use it.Went for a hike, the pole broke in 2 piecesTo my utter shock.I hv used poles before but never have i ever found the poles to be so brittle.Does amazon policy make me eligible for a refund or should i treat this a bad joke n forget about it.
