Lovely feel and look.
It made a lovely gift and had a quality feel to it. Had it been boxed that would have been the cherry on top but still happy with the purchase.

Misleading description
Nicely produced mug but it arrived without the promised presentation gift box. As other reviewers from July and August have mentioned it’s surely time for this misleading description to be changed.

Website described mug as coming in a presentation gift box, no gift box arrived, just wrapped in paper - not good for the price - don’t buy!!!

Disappointed that this mug didnt arrive in a presentation box as stated. Bought for a friends birthday.

Not as advertised.
WHY??? why say it comes in a presentation gift box??? IT DOES NOT!!!. And the design is very pale and faded compared to the one advertised. and clearly not hand finished as I had to file off a sharp lump of ceramic from the base of the cup so it wont cut hands or scratch the hell out of anything its placed on.
