Artfelt beach hut picture felt kit- a carefully designed felting kit to make a colourful seaside scene with beach huts and a lighthouse.

I have never art felted before I bought this kit so I found the online tutorial really helpful to go with the written instructions. There was plenty of wool etc in the kit and love the pre knitted material for the beach huts. I have really enjoyed making the picture and like how you can make it individual to your liking and lets you be creative too. I do think you have to concentrate a lot to make the felt and recommend using the wool very thinnly and have some patience. Andrea was very helpful too because I wanted to know how to hang my picture in a frame so she gave some great advice and very prompt too.

What a lot of work has gone into preparing this. I thought long and hard about paying this amount but it's well worth it. Down to every detail. It's going to take me quite a while to make it but I think I'll understand felting a lot more when I do. Can't wait to start

Beautiful kit, finished piece is just amazing, great size too. Everything in the kit and you can customise it yourself too if you want by adding little extras like tiny shells etc. We are going to get this framed as it that beautiful when finished. This was completed by a teen and she really enjoyed it, took a few weeks of going back to it to finish it, also drying involved so not something that can be completed in one sitting. Really pleased with this. I thought it was a bit expensive when I got it, but its a snip when you see the finished piece. Its a must for any one into crafts!

Sadly the box has come a bit battered which is a real shame as it's a gift. Doesn't look that exciting from the box but the other reviews are good so hopefully the finished project will look good.

The kit includes everything you need and is lovely quality. I have not completed it yet but have started and the video online was also helpful to me in doing that. I love learning something new and I love that she encourages suggestions for personal embellishments I might not have thought of.

Turned out very well and really enjoyed putting it together. It was my first time doing a felt picture and learnt a lot by doing it. I did need to follow the online tutotial, otherwise it would have been very difficult to do. But this project has me hooked on felting!!

I waited a long time for Artfelt to release their next picture kit, and it was well worth the wait! I love this picture! It only took me about 2 days to make, all the materials were included, there were clear printed instructions in the kit but the online tutorial supported me mostly along the way as I could see what I needed to do.... and I added some ribbon/buttons of my own to personalise it a little. I collected my picture from the framers today and I am over the moon with it! Another fabulous purchase from Artfelt 😁

This was a very good quality product with precise instructions, both written and online.
