I used to use a toothbrush and I think it was too rough for my dog. These are good because it helps you have better angles and a more close connection with your dog so it's not so intimidating. Once you get brushing their teeth into a routine they get used to it quickly.

I have purchased several kinds of doggie toothbrushes in an effort to maintain my dog’s dental health, but this is the only one that she would tolerate. She even seems to enjoy it because I also found a toothpaste that she likes.I gave it 4 stars because all of the finger brushes are too big for my index finger. I do have small hands/fingers, but I think the set should include a couple in a smaller size, or the sets should be sized S,M, L, XL etc. It would help me effectively brush the back teeth in my mini- dachshund’s small mouth.

I used these on my Great Danes for the first time yesterday. They seemed to work well. They were easy to handle and get into their mouths without too much stress. I hope to get on a daily brushing schedule using these. Fingers crossed!!

I wear large glove and these are very tight on my finger. Bought for use on my 48 lb small lab. Material is soft, but bristles are short. Might be better for a small toy dog and a person with thin fingers. Seems overpriced for what you get. Will not but again.

They work! Way easier to use than an actual toothbrush on a dog. There's just two issues - the bristles are soft / rubbery so if there's already plaque and tarter build up this will NOT remove it. Also, if you have fat fingers, these are not for you. They fit on my fingers just fine; however, my husband is unable to use them.Good value for money, and good for preventative brushing.
