LATEST UPDATE: I just finished a 1000 piece puzzle. Rolled it up, put it in the bag, took it back out of the bag, unrolled it, and all of the pieces remained intact. Great, great, great product! To me, that is indicative of great customer service and a great company.ORIGINAL POST. Just received the mat. There is damage (frayed end) on one of the straps. The same strap is sewn incorrectly so you are unable to attach the small(damaged end) piece of velcro to the main piece of velcro to ensure a closure. Really don't want to send back, would love just to have a replacement strap sent to me. Not sure how to contact the business.

I'm very happy with this puzzle mat! The felt is thick and soft, and was easy to smooth flat for the first use. Once you unroll it the first time just flip it over so the curling edges are down. By the time I got my border done it was laying flat and smooth. I can drag the pieces around on it without them getting caught up on the material. It's also the biggest puzzle mat I've ever used, which is perfect for my 2000+ piece puzzles. The inflatable tube is a cool idea and really easy to use. My favorite part is the bag it comes with. I've not rolled my puzzle tight enough a couple of times and the pieces that fall out are kept safely at the bottom of the bag instead of lost in my game cabinet. But, if you roll it properly that doesn't happen at all. I am so glad I bought this!

I love wool blended mat! It’s so soft and putting a puzzle together on it is wonderful! The storage keeper is very easy to use and if you do have any problems there is a video to watch and its very informative on using and storing your puzzle for later use. The puzzle pieces do not move around when stored correctly. Very happy with my puzzle mat and the company stands behind their product. So if your debating on purchasing this...just go ahead and get it. You won’t regret this purchase.

I finally got around to learning and putting together this puzzle mat. The felt itself is high quality and feels very nice. The weight of the felt will help keep the puzzle pieces in place. My issue was with the inflatable tube. There was not a small manual pump and I had to take an ice pick to puncture the inside opening in order to get the air inside. Once opened, we do have an electric pump that inflated the tube in 5 seconds. The quality of the materials used for the velcro bands and the nice storage bag make the purchase price acceptable. I'm happy that the mat is made in the USA and I want to support those businesses wherever I can.

We love doing 750-1,000 piece puzzles but only have one suitable spot, the dining room table, which we also need for nightly meals. After much research, I came across this option which honestly seemed to good to be true as similar items were more expensive. I took a risk and I’m so glad I did! We love this mat and it’s perfect for our needs. The black felt makes the pieces easy to see but it does “grab” the pieces so they don’t slide easily. Great for keeping them on the mat but if you are the type who likes to work on sections outside the edges and then move them into the correct spot, you have to lift them rather than slide them. Also, make sure when you roll up the mat that you give at least an inch or so border, if you have loose pieces close to the edge they will fall out.

Bought this puzzle mat so that we could use our dining room table for puzzles and quickly clear it all off when we need the table. I've only had the mat for a week or so but so far so good. The product is simple making this a hard decision to make because there are so many others out there. There were 2 reasons we went with this brand:1. The felt fabric piece is packaged rolled up so there aren't any fold creases that don't lay flat. A folded felt piece with those creases would be horrible.2. This mat measures at 40"X30". While others offered the 40", very few had the 30" - most being around 26". This allows a standard 1500 pc. puzzle to fit on the mat with 3" or so to spare on the top and bottom. Without that extra 4", the puzzle would be edge to edge on the mat.3. The balloon in the middle (yes, it stays inflated) has a flap attached that facilitates a better rolling up experience. Hard to explain until you get it but trust me it's a nice feature.Bottom line, I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be happy with this product. It's a couple bucks more expensive than others but It does exactly what it says it should and has some slight refinements others don't have.

As we tackled larger and harder puzzles, it became a problem to find space to leave the puzzle-in-progress for the extended time it was taking to complete. This mat has solved that issue beautifully. We can roll up the partially completed puzzle, reclaim our dining table, and come back later and resume the puzzle with little concern. Works well and is very good quality.

Currently trying to roll up a nearly finished puzzle, but the puzzle is folding up on itself. I have to put this puzzle away, I bought this because I don't have room to leave it out. So now I have to mess up the puzzle to put it away. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.Update 3/3/2022Excellent customer service. They are sending em a video to help me learn to use it properly. They also offered a refund or a free puzzle if I wanted.Update 3/22/2022Still struggling with the pieces bunching up when rolling, but the mat is proving to still be useful. I just smooth out and fix the pieces when I roll it out. I don't have a place to keep a puzzle out, so this is definitely worth the hassle.
