I recently purchased the Bueno coffee machine, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the sleek and modern design to the exceptional coffee quality, this machine has truly exceeded my expectations. The media could not be loaded. We first saw this machine at one of our friends houses and instantly feel in love with it. It truly makes professional grade coffee at home. There are plenty of drink options to choose from, our favorite is the Latte, but all of them are great! We also love the hot water option so that we can make tea, or hot chocolate for the kids. We are so glad we invested in one of these machines. It has definitely saved us time and money since we don’t have to go to the coffee shop in the mornings anymore. It literally takes less than two minutes from the machine being asleep to when I have a cup of coffee in my hand (see the video we posted). We would have spent more time waiting in line at the local coffee shop. Now our friends come to our house and have the same experience that we did……they end up buying one too! The maintenance on this machine is very easy. I’d say that we clean out the bottom tray every 4 days or so. I guess I shouldn’t use the word “clean” because all we have to do is empty the waste coffee ground bin into the trash can and dump the water out of the drip tray. It couldn’t be simpler. We have noticed that the bottom tray fills up more quickly if we have the sleep mode turned to 30 minutes since the machine will perform a rinse cycle on power up and shutdown, but this isn’t a problem for us. We recommend preheating your milk or mug if you are the type of person that likes your coffee super hot (some of our friends figured this out while at our house), but we have been happy with the temperature of all the drinks. We’ve had to reach out to Cafe Bueno once with a question and they responded very quickly with the information that we needed. The customer service with this company is AMAZING! I can’t recommend this machine enough.

I use the Cafe Bueno 5 days a week in the morning to make a simple Americano. Every other morning it's something else with the machine. It frequently cannot grind the coffee beans even on the most coarse level and reads "powder too thick." I have to vacuum out the grounds and try again. It flushes the system with water after each use, which is nice, but as a result you must fill the reservoir with water every other day. When not doing either of these tasks before your morning coffee you will want to be sure the grounds dispenser is emptied because it's about the size of an 8 oz cup and fills up preventing your coffee from pouring.The point is the Cafe Bueno is anything but automated and requires daily babysitting. It is guaranteed to make you late for work, left without a coffee, and pissed off. Will be returning and going back to a simple machine for a third of the price.

Let me start by saying this machine makes a GREAT cup of coffee. I did experience a product failure on the milk system only a few weeks into use but, Cafe Bueno's customer service stepped up rapidly. I contacted them yesterday regarding the issue and after a few emails, I have a brand new unit in route. With expedited shipping! Drew is an absolute Rockstar. I work for a manufacturing company so I understand that sometimes product failures happen. It's really about how you handle the failures that makes all the difference. Drew stood behind his product and took customer service to the next level. I'm a Cafe Bueno fan for life now because of it. My new unit arrives in2 days and I can't wait to get back using this awesome machine. Thanks again Drew!

This machine has been amazing! I purchased the optional milk container with this machine and love all of the milk based drinks that I can make and the convenience of the milk container. With just a press of a button I have a latte in about a minute. If I just need a quick pick-me-up I make an espresso, which tastes amazing. The espresso even comes out with nice crema on top!Every function of this machine works great, especially the sleep timer which rinses the machine and puts it in standby mode to save energy. Cafe Bueno customer support has also been great. I reached out to them through their website to see if they had a direct water line option for this machine. They responded very quickly and even had this option that I was looking for! I love not having to refill the water tank.

The machine is well worth the money. The coffee drinks are awesome and the machine is cleverly constructed to allow for easy cleaning and maintenance. The Cafe Bueno customer service has been outstanding. We received white-glove service - all of our questions answered and concerns addressed expeditiously.

This is a fantastic machine for making a variety of drinks with little effort. However - the espresso light went out after 15 days of use, so i returned the machine. I liked the ease of use. However, as another user commented - the coffee is not hot enough, even when changing temperature setting. I always heated my cup with water in the microwave before using for my coffee. I did need to adjust for the size of coffee beans, which I saw on the Amazon site so the the 'fill beans' indicator did not come on when there bean hopper was full. Some mentioned the amount of water used. This was not a problem for me. I prefer that to the machine getting gummed up or have milk go sour in it. Since one selection went bad in such a short time, I was concerned that others would wear out - and it would be after the return date. I would love to have another machine since I drink different coffee drinks throughout the day. However, at the price for this machine, I am not willing to take the chance.
