OwalaFreeSip Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Straw and Silicone Water Bottle Boot

I love my Owala so much I bought one for my mom. Great drink option! It keeps ice cold for a long time and conceals the straw so you don't have to worry about germs in the air or from little fingers. (I work in a preschool setting)

Owala is one of the first water bottle brands that I truly believe has engineered a water bottle the right way. From the sip/spout design to the position of the straw inside to the lock handle to the quality of the materials used, it’s the perfect water bottle. I always get compliments on it, and I constantly travel with my Owala bottle everywhere - if you are looking for a bottle that makes it easier to stay hydrated, this is the bottle for you. I personally find the 24-oz model perfect for the average person to take with them on a daily basis to the office, at home, to the gym, in the car, and on a walk.Design: The FreeSip model has a spout/sip opening that allows you to drink your water either by pouring the water into your mouth or sipping through the straw side. The opening of the water bottle (and where the straw sits inside) is also large enough to fit in ice cubes. It’s also a durable and unique water bottle with great color options. It’s also 100% leakproof. I have not had any issues with any of the Owala bottles I have.Cleaning: It’s also easy to clean. It’s not dishwasher-friendly for the most part; however, the 24-oz (and, of course, the 32-oz and 40-oz) are easy to clean because the opening of the bottle is large enough for an average (woman’s or smaller man’s) hand to fit inside the bottle to scrub it. The straw detaches and the rubber lining in the spout cover and the top can be removed and scrubbed. You definitely should have a straw brush, especially if you live in a humid and warm environment where mold may grow from the water or if you ever put tea, juice, or flavored water in your Owala. I prefer the lighter colors instead of the darker colors b/c it’s easier to see when too much time has passed since you last cleaned the inside of your Owala IYKYK (it’s gross but normal to have some mold grow if you’re keeping any beverage other than water in your bottle…).Extra pros: The 24-oz fits inside the water bottle holder of most bikes. You can get a matching bottle of a smaller size for your kids. The 24-oz also fits inside the Kanken mini making it easy to carry around when traveling, shopping, or exploring. The spout also makes it great for sharing water with your dog on a hike - just pour some of your water into your dog’s water bowl.Con: The closing of the lid results in a clicking sound which at night can wake your sleeping partner or child. Similarly, if you don’t have a silicone boot on your bottle, it does make a stainless steel echo when it bangs against something like your nightstand…

I have about 10 to 12 of these. My daughter took one she loves taking it for work keeps her drink cold. I wish they had better colors or just solid colors but other than that I love these things and if somebody messes with you I think it would make a good weapon if need be

I like this cup, it fits in my cup holder in the car and it keeps my water cool all day.

Bought for my mom who’s very picky about cups and she loves it! She drops her cup all the time but hasn’t dented it yet. The boot is so helpful and does its job for!
