It says see enclosed manual for poor fitting headband...well there IS not manual and I can't find instructions online either. I guess the pictures are supposed to be the manual. I think I figured it out but nothing I do stops my glasses from fogging which means it is not sealing well. I switched from the headband to the earbands and I think I figured out the adjustments. It's a little better but I don't know if this will be adequate for me. I have severe multiple chemical sensitivity and I cannot leave my house without a mask. My old one fell apart and the replacement was garbage, hence trying something new. I will upgrade review if this works when I go out.
