I use this thing 3-4 times a week and it is so beneficial to my mental and physical health. I come from a Finnish/Danish family and just moved across the country from them. This thing makes me feel at home. It helps keep my cortisol low and its wonderful for when I am sore from exercising. I do wish it got hotter but I don't think there is anything at it's price point that can compare to how hot it actually gets. EXTREMELY satisfied with the value. I think someday I will upgrade and get a permanent installation but until then this is wonderful.

The sauna actually works. I have a few friends that also have this product and have had issues, but this thing has been nothing but good to me. Stress reducing, weight loss, and clear skin cant beat it for the price.

No more crowded gym saunas that are always broken! This has changed my life. I can now use the sauna everyday from home and even better…all by myself. ♥️It’s been a few months now and it works like a charm. I put a small throw blanket on the top to help hold in more heat and cover the windows. Also, a little wooden shower bench. The foot pad gets crazy hot so I don’t put my feet on it but I still turn it on cause it helps keep the temp up.

This item says it will reach 140°. It only goes to about 120°-122°. It heats up quickly and 120° is hot enough to break a sweat within 10 minutes. Set up takes practice. Recommend to number poles and connectors to make the setup process easier and a bit faster. Takes about 10 minutes to set up, then another 10 minutes to warm up. I am over 6 ft and it is a bit cramped inside.

I’m very pleased with the product and the customer support. The sauna broke down after five or six cycles as some circuit components burned from arcing and by then it was too late for a return. Amazon forwarded my request to their customer support department, and they promptly helped. They sent a new improved circuit board together with the replacement instructions which were easy to carry out. The sauna has been working perfectly since then and is indeed best for the price.

I received this product in late December, I’ve been using it for four months and loving it. But it just broke could definitely smell there with some fried electronics. I would use this about 4 to 5 days a week, but it seems that it broke rather quickly.

I use this product to get rid of excess iron.

Circuit board friend, destroyed the infrared light as well.

The LED light in the roof does not work on my unit, and good luck, finding someone to talk to! I talked to Amazon, they said I have to talk to the seller, the seller says I have to talk to Amazon. It’s too much of a hassle to pack it all up and return it for a simple light, but would not buy again with so many other options.
