A brilliant camping/outdoor item ironically purchased in the same week as the inventor of it (which i didn't know at the time) -Trevor Baylis, passed away. RIP mate. The radio only has one speaker but gives a good sound - not too tinny as some of them are, LED torch is ok at a push - gives enough light to see where you are going! Finding radio stations is ok but a little bit fiddly! Everything works great on it so far - solar power charging, hand crank and usb charging etc. The only thing i forgot to check when i ordered it was to see if it had a earphone socket - which it doesn't. It doesn't really matter, it does the job and i'm glad i bought it!

My Mrs has several horses and treats them better than anything on the planet. I had a massive heart attack and she told the hospital that she couldn't come and see me as one of her ponies looked ill and had the squits.This little radio has suffered so much abuse from being dropped in the mud, kicked off stable doors, left in the furnace like windscreen of her car and chewed on by a horse.It's brilliant!

Very nice piece of equipment. Light and sturdy. The torch is very bright and works well. And the fm/am radio has s great sound of it from its speakers. Has a solar panel for power. As well as a mini usb recharging point. And a wind up handle to recharge using the faraday principle. Glad I bought this. And well worth the cash

I am now sorted for any breakdowns or apocalypse (just joking)! Easy to use and tune, you can fit a USB charger in for android or apple phones. Got a cute solar panel for our single day of summer, I suspect the handle will be more useful. Sound is not bad really and torch is nifty - over all a great buy
