I probably packed his backpack heavier than recommended. I could barely even find the seams inside. Definitely 100% waterproof. And the frozen water bottles at the bottom of the backpack were still halfway frozen when we got home from camping 40 hours later (without adding any ice). We were in moderate weather, about 68°. I will write another review if I can when I put it to the test in hot weather this weekend. The only thing that I wish it had was a hip support strap. I don’t usually go far with a cooler, so it’s no big deal, but if we were going to take this on a hike with a pack this full, a hip support would’ve been ideal. There is a sort of hidden zipper compartment where the backpack touches your lower back. I thought that was a really cool feature and was happy to put my wallet there. Also, there were a lot of places to put carabiners on which I didn’t do on this trip, but I will definitely do in future ones. I use the stretchy straps on the outside to put the picnic blanket, but I could really see myself using that in the future for things like towels or jackets. It was really handy. And lastly, the backpack looks really nice. It’s a great color and just appears to be very sturdy and well-made. I’m really impressed so far! My husband is a really big guy backpacks sometimes look kind of funny on him, but this backpack fit easily and worked well functionally and aesthetically for both him and I.

We boat and camp a lot and we needed something that is also packable for an airplane. This bag is better than expected! It has tons of pockets for miscellaneous stuff so that I don’t need to bring multiple bags with me to store phone, sunscreen, etc. it did not leak through the bottom but I think it could still leak through the top if it’s tipped over but that’s not a deal breaker given all the pockets that make up for that small flaw. You just have to be mindful not to bend over if you’re wearing it. All in all this bag works for our outdoorsy lifestyle and for the price I’ll probably get more as gifts this Christmas.

I was so excited about this bag for a specific work trip I take a couple times a year. I put ice in it last night and put in on the floor. Woke up this morning and the floor is soaked about a 2 foot radius around the bag on the floor.There is still ice in it, but the water that normally pools up, leaked all over. Wish I had put it in the shower. This is my first time using it. Maybe it would work for someone that puts it in the back of their truck. I will not be using it again, as I need it to dry out, so I can take it home, and hopefully mail it back for a refund. We shall see.

We bought this backpack cooler for a trip to the beach. It kept things cold and was comfortable to wear.

The beverage cooler backpack has a spacious interior to store several beverages and more. I used can beverages and bottles along with other items during camping. The largest interior compartment that you store all your beverages in is leak proof and heat resistant. The top has a zippered insulated compartment. There are several zippered compartments, a padded zippered hidden compartment underneath the backpack, corded compartments that you can cinch to accommodate different size water bottles even alcohol; if you feel a little adventurous. The backpack straps are padded along with a waist strap. A nice feature was the addition of a bottle opener. There’s a Velcro US flag that you can remove, which I did. Or you can add your own customizations to it. The exterior is made of a poly-nylon material. It’s waterproof and durable. All the zippers have a short corded extension to make opening and closing easier. The design is well thought out and intuitive. You can pack a lot of items in this cooler with the main and additional compartments. I’m very happy with the purchase that I can use for camping, hiking, going on a picnic, and other outdoor activities.

This cooler backpack has a ton of space in the main insulated compartment for lots of ice packs, drinks, sandwiches, fruit, etc. Additionally, the top pocket has even more reflective insulated space that serves as a great spot for smaller items that you'd like to keep warm. There is also a long front pocket with a divider that is great for holding plates, napkins, and silverware, or any other non-temperature specific items for your picnic or trip. There are also very spacious and tall side zippered pockets on each side, along with a mesh outer pocket each side, leaving space for even more drinks or water bottles. There is also a hidden compartment on the back that zippers open and is located inside the bottom mesh portion. This pocket can hold smaller valuables, like phones or smartwatches, and is more secure since it's hidden against your back while wearing the backpack. Lastly, there is a buckle with an integrated whistle for better support with wearing the backpack, and there is a handy bottle opener on one of the shoulder straps as well. The fact that this cooler is in the form of a backpack means it will be much easier to carry and the weight will be better distributed on your body than with a traditional cooler.

This bag is a good price for what you get. It is definitely a bit wider than a standard backpack and has a large capacity, so it is probably more suited for big day trips to Disney/a beach/hiking/ rather than to take a few drinks to a soccer game or something. Zippers and shoulder straps seem robust and it is comfy to wear even when full. Loads of good pockets also make it ideal as an oversized diaper bag if you need to pack everything that an infant or toddler needs for a full day away from home.
