Very durable product. We used ours with our cockapoo pup as she was coming to us straight from being used to hearing heartbeats and have the heat of her brothers and sisters. It worked a treat and helped her adapt to sleeping alone (no sleepless puppy howling nights for us) she loved it so much that when she no longer needed the heat/heartbeat I've sewn the pocket closed and 18mnths on 'Lamie' is her toy of choice at bedtime. I would highly recommend this product.

We got it for our 12 week old puppy. She sleeps downstairs in her own bed and I believe it has helped her settle at night. She's a small/medium size puppy and the size is right for her. She also keeps playing with it during the day, looks good quality so feels like it should last her. It has different textures and noises that keep her interesed. The heart and warmie are easy to use, the velcro to hide them in looks safe.

Got this a couple of days after bringing our 12wk puppy home.PROs:- soft and snuggly-strong heartbeat vibe- helped with our puppy to settle during the night-helped puppy to be in crateCONS:-heartbeat is quite loud-out pupper likes to chew so has been working her way into the pouch section to remove the interesting bits- tbf it just seems to be the velcro fasteningThis was a godsend though and first night she had it, she slept for 6 hours straight.

Lovely toy but inside of bean bag ripped so heating part don’t work expensive with out all functions

Brought this toy for my puppy thinking it would be good, but it’s a complete waste of money. We brought him the dog with the dummy in his mouth. First of all when we received this, the box was all open!! And there was no instructions. The heat pack doesn’t get close to warm, we spent ages heating it up and checking it and as soon as you took it out of the microwave, it went cold within 5 minutes. The most shocking bit is that our puppy managed to break and chew the dummy part off and broke the tip of the dummy off aswell. Thank god we was with him as he could have choked on it. This item needs to be taken off from sale before a puppy really gets hurt. Please be aware and do not buy!! Complete waste of money and very unsafe!

Would highly recommend this for a puppy. I had a puppy Shih Tzu now for a year and he never sleeps without it. He loves it and he’s so relaxed. Also likes to play with it. Highly recommended.

The toy it’s self is lovely and very well made. But after two uses the heart beat stopped and I’ve thrown away the packaging and there is no way of contacting the seller. So technically all I have now is a soft toy . Feeling very disappointed and a little let down by this company.

Bought this for our dog for a comfort toy as she not good at bedtime but since we bought this (Mrs Snuggles Puff) with heat pad and a beating heart she just Snuggles into it at bedtime. Perfect It states that the heat pad can be warmed up not more than 5 minutes this is the 2nd time using the pad 1st I had it in for 1 min then 2nd time I had it in 2.5 minutes and it catch fire. Not happy with the heat pad .

The first 2 nights I had my 4 week old puppy she cried all night. After I got this she was soothed and slept so good. She is now 5 months old and it is still her favorite toy even though the battery has ran out Is whale worth it.

Compramos el peluche para nuestro teckel cachorro de 2 meses. Después de una semana nuestro cachorro ya había roto la cremallera. Nos pareció muy buena idea con el corazón y la bolsita caliente, pero en la practica no sirve. Como a nuestro cachorro le gusta mucho morder, creo que el peluche no durará mucho desgraciadamente

El peluche y la bolsa para calentar están bien, ahora el corazón ha durado solo unas pocas horas, hemos cambiado las pilas y ya no ha funcionado.una pena.
