Haven’t had to use it, but it’s good material. It stops blood flow as expected. It can be applied with a single hand. There’s a video of a police officer using one very similar if not the exact same one on a gun shot wound and it saved the person whom he applied it to.

It was early to arrive and there was a pamphlet on how it is used. As a local law enforcement officer it it a sure safe thing to have a couple of these on hand and on your person. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Simple CAT style tourniquet made in China. The width of the buckle is slightly larger than (0.2") than other models. Took some effort to get into the Eleven 10 rigid holder. But at half the cost of other brands I'm ok with it.

Mine came next day. The description says metallic handle but its actually plastic. It also feels like it wont hold up to much pressure.

I have used these for camping and in the Kitchen. In the kitchen they can be cumbersome to put on, but are great for oven use as well as stock pots and draining pasta. In camping they work well too, and can be trusted near flames. However, they are not heat resistant and can get warm fast.
