Gifted to my husband for Christmas. Loves it. Very nice looking chair,comfortable and I love the wheels. Roll across room if you’re not careful. Easy as could be to assemble. At 66 years old took under 30 minutes to do it by myself.

Chair is very comfortable and east to assemble, had to change location where bottom plate mounts on seat base, base mounts back to far (sure to help stop tipping over backwards) with that hard to recline back much even with loosening the recline spring tension.picked up 4 Wood Insert Nut and moved base 2in closer to front of chair and now rocks and sets back just how i like it, and still take a whole lot of trying hard to tip it over backwards, is absolutely comfortable now.

The media could not be loaded.  This product came packaged well and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and have diagrams to quickly assist you in building. A second person is helpful in aligning and screwing the back on; but not required. That was the hardest part of assembly.Overall the chair is very comfortable. I like that it's a wider and thicker seat than most. It tilts back. The armrests lift up - which is nice if you don't want to use them while sitting or to push the chair under a desk. The height adjustment is nice. I think short and tall people will find an appropriate sitting height given it''s options. My 5'2" mother felt comfortable in it. It feels solid. I'm 5"11 and 330lbs and I feel comfortable in this chair after 8 hours of working from home in it. It does not feel cheap. I wear an insulin pump in my pocket and I was worried about getting in and out of the chair and having enough space to not grab at my pocket pump, and that issue does not exist. It's' great!My only complaint is that the upgraded casters do not glide very easily on carpet as advertised. It would easily glide on business/commercial grade carpet, but not average carpet inside a home/home office. They do work very well on hardwood/solid surfaces. They are a nicer caster than most chairs. I would, and will rebuy this chair. I'm purchasing another when they go on sale again for my other office desk.I would recommend this chair to anyone, especially larger individuals. Its sits well. It's also attractive in design.

Easy to put together everything was really nice

It went together very easily. But its not very comfrtable and if you like your office chair to lean back a lot this one doesn't even with the friction set to nil and the chairs lock off. It might suit others me i'll go to staples and sit in the thing before i buy in future. Lesson learned. My wife now has a new chair.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this products. The assembly instructions were easy to understand and follow (amazing). They even give you extra parts. I needed one cap as I hit one too hard and cracked it. Hope to get many years of service out of this piece of furniture. I am especially impressed with the quality and seeming durability of the casters.

I like the chair and love the wheels (far better than standard wheels) but for the life of me, it will NOT tilt back so I literally slide forward a little at a time so I have to "re-sit" back on the chair every 10+15 minutes while working. I read the other reviews here and they have the same issue. The tilt adjustment is faulty or just doesn't work, I don't know. I won't give higher than 3 stars since that feature is one of the main reasons I bought the chair.
