These gummies taste really good, especially in comparison to taking sea moss in other forms besides capsules (which I do not prefer the latter). The ingredients are okay and it is not loaded with sugar like other gummy vitamin and supplements.

I decided to give the Vazatisi Sugar Free Irish Sea Moss Gummies a try based on the claims sea moss may help with gut and digestion health and heart health. The gummies don't have any displeasing smell or taste and do taste green apple-ish. Not super tasty but taste good enough. They are a little firmer than other gummies I take but definitely not to the point where you can't chew them. I've been taking them for 2 weeks now and like most supplements it's hard to say if they are doing anything substantial without more long term usage. But I do like the taste overall and plan on continuing to see how they work.

I like taking supplements as either capsules/pills or gummies. When they are flavorful gummies, I look forward to taking them. These are tasty and effective. I take this to help with immunity, energy, mood, and digestion. I don't feel different. But, I haven't had a bad reaction either. I like that the gummies aren't really sweet. They don't get stuck in my teeth as bad as other gummies. There's no aftertaste or strong smell.

I really like the taste of these gummies. They are sugar free, do not contain carnauba wax like so many gummies have. I can't really comment on all the ingredients. There are many claims online for benefits of apple cider vinegar and chlorophyl and the others listed, but I honestly say I can't tell any difference in my health by taking these. Maybe there a long term benefits that can't be reviewed in the short time taking them. I wish it didn't contain so much zinc. For men the upper limit to safely take is thought to be 40 mg, and this product with 2 gummies supplies 25 mg, and I get quite a bit from food and other multivitamins, so I've cut back to only taking one gummy per day.

I’m a huge sea moss fan but I usually purchase it in its natural form and make my own gel. Because of short supply, I decided to give the Sea Moss Gummies by Vazatisi a try even though I am not a fan of gummies in general.What I liked about the gummies is the inclusion of the other herbs and the ACV which I am very aware of the benefits of consuming. I’m halfway through the bottle and I have not noticed any signs that these are as effective as the pure form sea moss, or at all, even with the added ingredients. I’ve actually been a little sluggish and not going to the bathroom daily as I usually do. These gummies may or may not be the cause, but they are the only change I’ve made in my routine. It could also be my body and energy level changing because I have been out of the sea moss gel, which I have been consuming daily for years.So I’m actually on the fence about the effectiveness and some of the other ingredients in this product. The first one being sugar, which of course is what gives these gummies flavor. They do taste great, which is the one sure thing I can attest to. I’m also not sure what “natural Apple juice” means, as it is obviously not organic. Nor does it say non gmo on their list of other exclusions. Additionally, I can’t tell where the ingredients are sourced and produced. It only says that it is manufactured “for” and not “in” the USA.With that said, it could be my body reacting to something different. But there are too many questionable unknowns for me to recommend this product in good faith.
