Nice quality balloons
I didn't open the actual pack until about a week after receiving them. The balloons seem to be great quality but I was missing the device that was supposed to be included to make tying the balloons easier.

The little balloons don’t inflate
The big balloons inflated great. I cannot blow or use the balloon buddy to inflate the small balloons.
