Firm, small
Some give if you squeeze with your hand but under your head very little give. Almost hard. Also kinda small.UPDATE After initially trying out the pillow and being super disappointed with how small and excessively firm it was, I decided to give it more of a chance. Changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. Yes it's firm af, but it's actually really supportive. I can stay in one position 3 times longer than i used to. I was always adjusting, tossing and turning, but now once I find that sweet spot, it stays comfortable for hours. I didn't even think that was possible.

Small and not as pictured
I would say it’s firm, but it makes hard to use since it’s so small and not the size of a default pillow. They should advertise this as a travel sized pillow.

Everything for a good night rest
Here’s the just of the pillow it is small than regular pillows at Walmart or any other king size pillow I have found, however I hate pillows that go flat at night or quickly and so far this pillow has not done so and I no longer use my arm to help hold my pillow and head up at night. If it could be made to actually fit a king size pillow case like a regular pillow does I would give it 5 stars.

A little small than what I’m used to but don’t even notice it now. Really great!!

Absolutely love these pillows. Wasn't sure at first but saw a patient using hers and we compared notes. Mine had just arrived and I could see why my patient was raving about the pillow. Trying to get family to try and Im getting a set for my car for travel.

Child Sized Rip Off
These "standard" sized pillows must be standard for children because this is too small for an adult. I can't stay on them at night, let alone get comfortable because every time I way up, I'm laying directly on my bed. I've resorted to using this for sleeping on my side and placing them between my legs. Maybe the bigger ones are better, but standard is NOT for adults!
