My previous mailbox was plastic and started falling apart. It would also take water every time it rained no matter what direction the rain was coming from. This one is metal and way more stable. It is also slightly bigger so the newspapers and larger items don't stick out the top. It has rained a few times with it being up and everytime it has been bone dry on the inside. I love it! It is stable, stays dry and has nice lines making it look very good on the front of my house.

Needed to replace my old mailbox and delayed purchasing from so many options to choose from on-line and in stores. This is a nice size box that will hold my mail with the lid closed. My previous one was too small. Letters, mailers, catalogs, even small packages will fit nicely inside and covered by a closed lid now.It was easy to install and it is a nice quality metal box. I cannot say if it is water tight or not but it is under my front porch awning. Hoping it will hold up to the elements for many years. Happy with this choice.

This mailbox was ordered to replace a prior mailbox. The specs presented online were a perfect match to the mailbox being replaced and the mounting holes were exactly the distance apart as the original. Thus, no additional holes had to be drilled and the new mailbox easily slipped in on the existing screws and the new box looks exactly like the prior one. Installation took less than 5 minutes.

I like the large size of this mailbox. I can get my magazines and medication deliveries from this box. It's rain proof and I was able to get it as a return. It was in good shape

It’s easy to use and there won’t be a problem with any papers hanging out. It looks very nice .

The mailbox is a great quality box that appears sturdy and durable. The lid moves freely and doesn't stick open or ajar. The box is a decent size that could easily hold papers, Amazon envelopes, etc. Replaced an old one that had all those issues so very happy with this one.
