This breastfeeding colour is light weight and very versatile. I travel to Greece and back for my sisters wedding and it was perfect for shopping on quickly at the airport or on the plane. The others with a strap across the head sometimes have a string round your back so it can be a faff to put on

I am due my first baby in March and know I am going to be flooded with visitors, I ordered this so I can keep a little bit of dignity whilst trying to breast feed. It is a great size and actually looks really nice on- I know that sounds stupid but it does look quite stylish. The material is lovely and soft, but sturdy enough to handle any sick or milk leaks that are bound to come its way. I washed it immediately as I’m a little OCD and Iv done that with all baby items, a lot of them come out of the wash looking and feeling not as nice as they did on initial arrival. This looked exactly the same and the feel/ appearance hadn’t changed at all which is great. As a first time mum I’m aware that breast feeding may not work for me so this was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Use a scarf

3 stars because I'm sure if my son was a bit smaller it would work a lot better. He's a bit too long to be able to take full advantage of the design. Material is quite thin but I think this makes sense so it can be used all year round so the baby won't get overheated. It depends on what your issue is. If you simply want to be covered up in public then perhaps get an apron. My issue was that he was not able to be lifted up enough to feed when sitting in a normal upright dining chair so this helps with that issue. Generally pleased but not blown away.

Don’t waste your money cheep and nasty

These are so expensive for what they really are. But It's a great idea and it helped me build confidence. The material is very thin but also soft and supportive for you and baby. It gives new mums confidence in public. It's a bit tricky to master at first, especially as new babies scream at 150db when they are hungry and faffing about isn't easy when you are in a hurry. After a short while, baby gets too big and you'll be breastfeeding confidently wherever you need to, without a scarf.

It is essentially a large triangle of light fabric with a pocket in one corner. Purchased for £5 so can't complain, but it's a bit tricky sliding a screaming baby into it and feels a bit exposed at the head end. Only use this at home to drape over the baby when we have guests over. Have purchased a cape style cover to use when out and about instead as it offers more discretion. Perhaps best for someone with a smaller chest.

Was probably just me but I struggled to follow the brief instructions on the back of the package but ended up finding a YouTube video to follow. It is quite easy to use once you know how. It is just a piece of material but I think its worth it as its exactly the right size, shape and thickness for breastfeeding. A lot better than an apron style one I had as although slightly harder to use its more discreet.
