Using for glasses cleaner. Works great. Haven't used this for jewelry cleaning.

You get what you pay for, so I'm not surprised that these suction cups that hold it down on your counter didn't stick and the vibration from the tiny machine vibrated its way to the edge of my counter and almost fell off. It's loud and it sort of cleaned my jewelry, but I can clean it just as well using an old soft toothbrush and jewelry cleaning paste or for that matter cheap toothpaste

It's not horrible, but was reluctant at first because it's very narrow. But, the dental guard fits in one direction only.The suction cup feet do not actually suction, so you'll have to babysit it while it's running or it will walk off the counter.

I received my machine and did not have any cleaner on hand. I put in Dawn dishwashing liquid, water and vinegar. My diamonds and gold came out beautiful! I even washed my glasses, and they came out sparkling. A great little machine. A little noisy but I put a small towel underneath it and it was quieter.

Let’s just say I could’ve gotten this item at the dollar store for cheaper. It was awful battery powered and very cheaply made, and did not really work.

The media could not be loaded. It came with non-working batteries. It is loud and cheaply made. Only good thing I can say is it works.

This ultrasonic cleaner has a dual use in my household. I use it to clean and sanitize my jewelry, reaching into small spaces I cannot reach, and then using it to clean and sanitize my full set of dentures which fit perfectly. Actually denture cleaning tablets work well for both applications.

Sometimes you try and go cheap and it just doesn't work. Cheap can be okay if frequency of use is low and the function is not high priority. But cheap is NOT okay when the product doesn't work. Don't buy this.
