This is the first bourbon ring product that I bought I did buy a second one I like it as much as I like this one I will buy it again it has no additives in it it's just the pure bark from the tree I have no stomach pain it does suppress my appetite it's very effective it's good quality and it's not too expensive as the other products are does not even have a bad taste easy to swallow.

I took one version of berberine that is no longer sold on Amazon that had ashwagandha and Ceylon cinnamon in it for about 3 weeks, and during that three weeks, I was so sleepy. It was like I had taken two Benadryl every day of my life. I thought it might be the ashwaganda, so I looked for something with JUST berberine and found this. Sure enough, within the very first day of taking it, I got super sleepy feeling. Not quite as bad as last time, but definitely abnormal.I wanted to like this so bad, because I DO think it did make me lose a few pounds. I didn’t really notice the effects on weight loss until I stopped taking it though. Very odd little supplement. Some other cool things I noticed:-made my skin heal super fast. A had a scrape on my leg that healed within like 2 days while taking this.-made me a lot calmer. Lowered my anxiety-did eventually suppress my appetite-didn’t tear up my stomachI wish I could continue to take this! And I might do so, just not every day. But the sleepiness is so bad for me!! 😭

i saw on tiktok that this was an ozempic dupe. being the sheep that i am, i gave it a try. it does not make a difference. not a serious one that is. sometimes i may feel a slight decrease in appetite but if you are looking for an ozempic dupe,like i was, just save your coin😫. i took it every morning for a while

Love this brand I use it daily it has really helped with my sugar cravings I was having. I just take 1 in the morning and later in the afternoon. Highly recommend!
