Johns umbrella is really good quality. The only badthing is they will force you to use a damaged product. I received a damaged product. The umbrella delivered to me has a small pore nearly at the centre of umbrella which eventually effect the functioning of it. I taught to replace the product due to non-availability of the replacement option I had to opt the return option. Once I initiated the return and want to order it again as I had only issues with the damaged product not the quality of the John umbrella. But, here is good only of Amazon where it is not allowing me to placing the order (whatever address i choose it shows cannot deliverable to this address pls change). I have choosed the same delivery address where I received the damaged product. I think it's a blackmailing attitude Amazon is now developing eventhough the product is damaged you should keep it otherwise you cannot order it again. I think Amazon should change this type of mentality. It should able to provide products in good condition of one customer received any damaged product it should keep the option return and replacement both options.

Go for it

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It is better than I expected. Worth every penny I paid. Not only does it look good, but it looks and feels so sturdy too. This makes it a tad on the heavier side, but it has an overall premium feel. Even the 'click' on closing, sound and feels good. Mighty impressed by this! Fully recommended!!!
