I was skeptical at first that a product could deliver the output power it claims. I have been searching for a month tor something like this and was about to go the route of using an inverter and a regular AC power supply for my laptop.I was eagerly awaiting to get it to test it to charge my HP Z Book with my Tesla. The PC is a power hungry engineering laptop (or as HP says a portable workstation).Opening the box and sensing how light it was my skepticism increased since typically a power supply (AC input) is heavy. At some point I was thinking I was scammed and that it was an empty shelf so I was taking care saving the box and everything to return it ASAP.To my great surprise, it not only kept my mobile workstation charge, it actually charged the battery to it full capacity (I have had power supplies that are as good just to keep my PC at the same charge level and need to set the PC to sleep to increase the level).It doesn’t get hot-hot as other power supplies so it is very efficient and lightweight. It has saved me to buy bulky inverter and use the AC power supply which both waste a lot of energy in heat dissipation.I have only used once for about an hour in the past week so I can’t tell how reliable it is, but it seems it is well built. Definitely 5 stars.

I can use and charge my fire breathing (180W) laptop at the same time in the car. Granted it still wants a little more power, but the power bar ticks up while the GPU is in use! This charger (165W) awesome. And I love the ports.

9/24/2023Ended up returning both in the end. As the one I kept just charges normally now. No fast charging or super fast charging. Would thought to buy a different brand for a change but went back to order the other brand I use instead.9/8/2023First charger came in opened box. Looks new still but it was open. Usually chargers I bought would have a film sticky layered on top but it doesnt. The tip, hoping it is molded or 1 piece housing looks separated into 2 pieces. Because usually a separate tip from past experienced I had with plug in chargers, the tip would end up inside the 12v outlet [usually the metal housing tip]. It's due to unplugging when going to a different vehicle or not in used.When plugging in the Usb c to your phone before starting the ignition of my vehicle, my phone will prompt, "usb connected" or "usb disconnected". It rarely happen sometimes when car is already started as well. Quite annoying and am afraid it may mess up the charging port?This charger is not a super fast charging. Just fast charging even when it is labeled "100w". Only use it for charging my phone and not multiple devices. Figured it was a defective? So I received a replacement. Replacement was even worst as it had the issues above, but instead of fast charging, it was only normal charging. It would take a long time to charge 1%.I'd just kept the first one and sent back the new one. Will just keep it for now but would not reccomend.

It does what it is supposed to do, but it does "wiggle" out of the slot at times. Have to keep and eye on it so it makes sure it charges my phone.
