Rubbish packaging --> 3 plates broken + cheap print job.

I love these plates, unfortunately, they were poorly packed, as a result three were broken. Just a suggestion, please think about a better way , like scotch to avoid movement and soft dividers between each and every plate to make sure they arrive undamaged. Thank you.

I like very much this brand of plates. I have different one in another house as well. I put 3 stars because the seller did not respond to my message about the broken plate that was delivered to me.I expected to have it replaced with a new one but no reply from the seller.

One of the plates was chipped. Also, the quality is not as good as our original Victorian Orchard service which we bought 28 years ago..

I love the dishes and they are beautiful, just like the picture. The only issue was in the shipment from UK. It took three separate orders to make my 12 place setting. The packaging was horrible...small box packed inside larger box with two strips of heavy paper, and several of the dishes were smashed. That is no way to keep the dishes from shifting. The folks in the UK need to have a lesson in packing!
