I have purchased these stamps several times over the past few years for my daughters teachers. The teachers always love them and at such a reasonable price its nice to give them something personalised. Very fast delivery every time.

I've been messaging them with regards to the stamp when printing is very blurry. I was told that the stamp was loaded and will rectify itself when used. I've been marking work for two weeks and can say it hasn't corrected itself. I'm not happy that they will not do anything to sort this problem. They have been very unprofessional in their customer service approach. I've sent numerous images of the fault to be told the paper was highly absorbent. They were Espo school books which I believe are a fairly typical school quality books! A very disappointed customer 😒
